It’s been over a month since I was completely cleared from rehab for my hand fracture, and having a working left hand again is truly WONDERFUL. 🙌🏼 Something that I noticed while being in the brace, however, was that *not* being able to catch my racquet with my left hand in my forehand made me swing all the way through and really get my body into the follow-through. I felt like it gave me more power and top spin, and especially my approach shots benefitted from it – so I’m trying to keep it that way even now that my left hand is healed! What does your technique look like? Do you catch your racquet with your non-dominant hand in your forehand?
